Anything World

Anything World (now Animate Anything) is an AI-powered 3D animation platform. I advised on product strategy and creative direction for their ML-driven animation tools that bring any 3D model to life.

I redesigned the pricing and credit model, resulting in a 300% increase in credit-pack purchases, reworked the UX for AI asset generation and rigging flows, and helped drive user growth from ~10k to ~150k (~1400%). I also integrated AI tooling and workflow automation directly into the product pipeline.
